High Commission of Sri Lanka, No 9, Persiaran Ampang Hilir, 5500 Kuala Lumpur Calling Quotations for upgrading Telephone system
Sri Lanka High Commission wishes to invite qualified IT/Telecommunications supplies to submit a BID/ price quotation to upgrade the telephone and intercom system of the Chancery.
The upgradation has to include the following features:
- Auto answer language features : Sinhala, Tamil, English, and Malay languages
- Auto forward calls to Consular Division or Labour Division based extension number
- Announcement for lunch time
- Emergency contact number and call forward to one dedicated mobile number.
- Speak to Operator- final option
- Produce call list and not answered calls and answered calls
